In 2010 Singapore is to be an Integrated Government (iGov) that brings its service delivery and operations to a higher level of excellence. This builds on the strong foundation established through 25 years of Government infocomm journey that started in the early 80s. The late 90s saw the convergence of information technology with telecommunications which transformed the concept of service delivery. This paved the way for the launch of e-Government Action Plan 2000-2003 and the e-Government Action Plan II (2003-2006).
