摘要

In the recent years there have been rapid progress and changes in ICT sector in Mongolia. Thus it is required to re-architect the e-Mongolia, the basis of ICT policy documents, which properly determine policy trends of the ICT sector by assessing concepts and implementations of e-Mongolia program and e-government master plan. However, new channels for participation have opened for Mongolians, through use of ICT. In meantime, GEC website addresses only lists of voters and district commission members, in the future cooperation with local and central government agencies are needed to provide a channel for voter's voices to be heard.rnWithin the public-private partnership framework, smart NID project will be implemented in the recent future. The e-voting system offers the potential of bringing elections closer to people and as a result, changing the very way that democracy is perceived in Mongolia. However, clear procedures and finds are essential for the implementation process.
