摘要

The influence of the excitation current on the resonant frequencynand its mathematical description makes necessary the introduction of annonlinear impedance characteristic of the piezoelectric resonator. Thisninfluence was modeled by the nonlinear electrical equivalent circuit;nthe equivalent series resistance and equivalent motional capacitance arentaken to be functions of the amplitude of the excitation current bynmeans of the relations derived in the work. The equivalent circuit wasnanalyzed by the method of equivalent linearization. The relationshipsnbetween the amplitudes of voltage applied on the AT-cut resonator andnthe first current harmonics or phase-frequency dependence of the excitednresonator, respectively, are derived. Amplitude jumps and dynamicntemperature change phenomena are discussed
