Properties of Bleustein-Gulyaev waves (BGW) innLi2B4O7 crystal were determined fromnthe measured parameters of a delay line with double electrodeninterdigital transducers (IDT). Since the frequency response at thenthird harmonic was in good agreement with the SAW equivalent circuitnmodel, it was possible to determine the BGW parameters. It was foundnthat the coupling coefficient of BGW is very sensitive to aluminum layernthickness variations. Good agreement was found between calculated andnmeasured parameters of BGW from an extrapolation to the zero layernthickness
