When looking at G-AIRMETs, sometimes there are two altitudes listed and sometimes there are three (over Kentucky and over New York on the attached G-AIRMET, respectively). What is the significance of the third altitude listed over N.Y.? Is the icing from FL180 to FL090 or is it from FL090 to SFC or is it from FL 180 to SFC?
