The weather around Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands is beautiful VFR most of the time. But, just in case, most airports have at least one ILS approach.rnBeef Island Airport (TUPJ) near Tortola in the British Virgin Islands is an exception. The primary approach to the airport is the NDB-B Rwy 7 approach, and with no GPS overlay, it's back to old-school instrument flying with an ADF needle. VFR flight at night is prohibited (not a bad idea), but that's when the weather always seems to gets crummy anyway.
