About a year ago, I was ready to trade my six-pack Cessna in for a new glass-panel model. I kept dragging my feet because the Skylane RG I had was doing every bit of the job a new model could do and more. In addition, it had some equipment I didn't want to give up. I wanted to keep up to the latest technology but not lose my trusty Garmin GNS 530. The decision was a no-brainer — and fewer dollars than an airplane trade.
