The VOR or GPS Runway 12 approach at Concord, New Hampshire looks to be a simple non-precision procedure. Simple, that is, when you pay attention to the local terrain and speak the local dialect. If you're a visiting flat-lander, you can at least sound local by pronouncing the state capital's name as "Con-curd" and not "Con-chord."
