摘要

Relaxation behaviour of fine particle magnetic systems has been a subject of interest since a long time. Recent reports, on the dependence of blocking temperature on measuring time, concentration and external magnetic field, have evoked greater interest in the field. These observations show some interesting analogies with spin glasses and have also been reasonably explained in Neel's model incorporating inter-particle magnetic dipolar interactions. A brief review is presented on developments in the subject.
