This review offers insights into the behaviour of those in the workplace with an anti-social personality but who also hold positions of power and authority. As such these books are of relevance to leaders and managers at all levels because they can help the reader to re-assess workplace behaviour which may appear at first sight unusual, manipulative or bizarre. The three books reviewed will consequently be of particular interest to those concerned with fostering ethical behaviour in the workplace and with leadership selection and development.
