摘要

The editorial board of Information, Communication & Society welcomes the submission of the most current work upon the social, economic and cultural impact of the emerging properties of" the new information and communications technologies. All submissions should be made online at the Information, Communication & Society ScholarOne Manuscripts site at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/rics. New users should first create an account. Once a user is logged onto the site submissions should be made via the Author Centre. Submissions are rcfereed, and thus two copies must be provided, including one copy to be submitted without any information identifying the author. When uploading files authors will then be able to define the non-anonymous version as 'File not for review'. We cannot consider any submissions currently under review with another journal.
