The evolution of all the existing technological resources is far from being available to everyone. In today's information and knowledge society, digital illiteracy is a means to social exclusion, which is worth our full attention. Nowadays, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) play an important role in everyday life. In this way, concerns of social inclusion should be embedded within ICT development in order to provide inclusive solutions that promote equal rights and opportunities for all.
