Librarians and their patrons now have a quick and easy way to check out video and music content. The new video/music service, which was rolled out to libraries nationwide in July 2013, has a catchy name: hoopla digital, better known as just "hoopla." Jeff Jankowski, owner and founder of hoopla digital, wanted to stick to a name that "was fun, light," he says. And hoopla digital makes it easy for patrons at participating libraries to get free access to thousands of videos, music selections, and audiobooks by using their existing library cards. Plus, they can access the digital content collections without ever worrying about missing a return date.
