Members of the information industry can count on one constant-change, says KATHY GREENLER SEXTON, the new vice president and general manager of the content division at The Software & Information Industry Association (SNA). "New technologies, new distribution methods, evolving mobile platforms, emerging data collection and augmentation strategies, and even social media," says Sexton, "are only a few of the changes that are transforming how companies publish and distribute information, engage customers, monetize information and even run their business."
