The OCLC Members Council held its first virtual meeting in early February tc discuss opportunities and challenges for the global information community, learn about collaborative services, and continue the transition from a Global Council to Regional Councils. At the meeting, the Members Council ratified the Global Council bylaws from the OCLC board of trustees and approved new membership and governance protocols, which will now go to the board.
