EBSCO announced the appointment of Fred Wiltenburg as general manager of its Netherlands office. He will be responsible for the Netherlands and Flemish Belgium operations, including customer service, publisher relations, marketing, and sales.rnMost recently, Wiltenburg was regional director at Swets.
