If you maintain any type of content delivery service these days and don't provide the information in RSS format, you are falling behind. Consumers of information want to use feeds to increase the amount of information they ingest while decreasing the time it takes to do it. RSS is the solution to both issues (many of you have probably read my many blog posts and presentations on this topic). More information is collected in less time this way than traditional retrieval methods, and the results can be customized. Not since the arrival of email has content delivery changed as much.
