I love the word "serendipity." It's fun to say and I like the concept of it: Finding something unexpectedly or by chance. Usually, serendipity has a positive connotation, but in some instances, especially those involving end users and the internet, it can be less than satisfying. The following articles from the March issues of Computers in Libraries, The Cyber- Skeptic's Guide to Internet Research, and Searcher, as well as the March/April issue of ONLINE, look at both sides of serendipity.
