BlueFolder, a service team automation (STA) designer, released Blue-Service, a product engineered to make conducting business easier and more efficient for service-oriented firms. Today, repair and delivery service firms store data on paper or spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Outlook. BlueService lets businesses, called subscribers, store information about customers, service requests, and the status of a delivery or repair job in one place through a personalized BlueService Web site.
