Media investment banker DeSilva + Phillips announced the sale of its client, Dedicated Marketing Solutions, Inc. (DMS) to Media Initiatives Group, Ltd. (MIG), a U.K.-based media sales house. DMS uses proprietary technology to optimize its clients' advertising campaignsrnon premium companies such as Car-Devotion.com, ClassesOnlineUSA.com, and TheAmazingRate.com. MIG's goal is to strengthen its "international performance-marketing offering," and the acquisition affirms its commitment to the U.S. market.
