The thermodynamic data derived from earlier reported experimental studies are sued to calculate phase equilibria in the CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 system over a wide temperature range. The position of the invariant points in the CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 phase diagram are determined, and the compatibility triangles are refined. The CaO·Al_2O_3·2SiO_2-CaO·2Al_2O_3 and CaO·Al_2O_3·2SiO_2-CaO·6Al_2O_3 tie lines ddo not exist in this phase Diagram; instead, the 2CaO·SiO_2·Al_2O_3-Al_2O_3 tie line is revealed. The 12CaO·7Al_2O_3 phase is not found. The results are compared with the data available in the literature.
