Kinder Morgan Energy Partners and Energy Transfer Partners have entered into a 50/50 joint venture to build a $1.3 billion pipeline that would carry gas from Arkansas' burgeoning Fayetteville Shale to market.rnThe Fayetteville Express Pipeline would extend 187 miles from Conway County, Arkansas, to Quitman County, Mississippi, where it would connect with Trunkline Gas. The project's initial capacity would be 2 Bcf/d.rnPending regulatory approvals, the pipeline could be online by late 2010 or early 2011, the companies said.
