Reorganizing Boeing's defense group is meant to make it more responsive and agile, the group's chief executive said June 14. Speaking at a Defense One event, Leanne Caret said the reorganization, which created four new entities and affected 50 executive positions, is part of a three-part strategy. The first part came last year, when Boeing consolidated several facilities, while the second part was relocating the defense headquarters to Arlington, VA.
