The scene was reminiscent of the dark days of the financial crisis. A senior banker was called before Congress and asked to explair how his bank had lost billions of dollars making highly leveraged bets. But this wasn't October 2008. It was June 13, 2012, nearly two years after President Barack Obama had signed into law the most sweeping set of financial reforms since 1933, and the m Kalled to testify was America's premier banker, Jamie Dimon.
