Although money managers have weathered the financial crisis better than most banks, the industry has not escaped unscathed. Change is clearly visible in the Euro 100, our annual ranking of the region's largest asset managers (right), with Germany's Allianz displacing longtime leader UBS. With margins being squeezed and some banks still under pressure to shrink, there could soon be more movement in the ranks.
