Cemig is Brazil's Number 1 integrated power utility. The company has 67 power plants, 6,875 MW of installed capacity, and 474,000 km of distribution lines—enough to circle the earth 10 times-spanning a concession area larger than the country of France or Texas State. The utility is creating value for shareholders, growing EBITDA 90 percent over the last five years while paying out at least 50 percent of the net income in dividends each year.
