Alenia Aeronautica and Sukhoi officially presented the first prototype of the Superjet 100 new-generation regional jet on 26 September at Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The Superjet 100 is claimed to be the most modern and ecological regional 95-seat jet available on the market today.rnAlenia Aeronautica holds 25% plus one share in Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC), the company responsible for the aircraft's design, production, marketing and certification.
