Piaggio Aero together with CAEA (Beijing) Aviation Investment Co announced that it had signed a contract for the sale of two P.180 Avanti II aircraft plus 8 options with SR Jet, part of the Beijing based Sparkle Roll Investment Holdings Limited. The P.180 Avanti II models are customised with extended range mission capabilities due to the installation of a permanent additional fuel tank replacing the half of a closet in the toilet and no changes to the airframe.
