Can you give us an overview of Thales in India and its association with the country? Thales has been present in India since 1953 and today it is recognised as a trusted partner by all the three branches of the Indian Armed Forces: Navy, Air Force and Army, and in the civil sector too. Ever since, Thales has been actively partnering and sharing technology and expertise with the Indian industry. Its association of over five decades and joint ventures with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Samtel and L&T Technology Services is a testimony of its commitment to India.
