While India has the world's third largest number of billionaires, it is ranked 14th globally in terms of business jet fleet. This in itself heralds the need for a more fertile ground for the sector says the President of the Business Aircraft Operators Association (BAOA), Jayant Nadkarni, who is part promoter and CEO of Invision Air.
