A new joint venture dedicated to develop high technology in the UAE has been signed between Snecma, a Safran group company, on of the world's leading manufacturers of aircraft and space engines. At the Dubao Airshow 2009, Snecma Chairman and CEO Philippe Petitcolin, and Baynuna Aviation Technology Chairman Khalid Abdullah Al Bu-Ainnain, signed a Memorandum of Association (LLC) for the establishment of a joint venture 'Snecbat Engine Technologies'.
