A&R Carton and LGR Emballages have formed a joint company, EMIcorp SA, for micro flute cartons.rnA&R Carton and LGR have decided to joinrnforces on the European micro flute market and have established a joint venture company, EMICorp SA in Brussels, in order to develop a leading European micro flute company. This new company is owned 50% each by the parties.
