New construction materials are now being made from both the waste from the production of automotive headliner substrates and from recycled diapers and other hygienic disposables. During 2008, some 60,000 square meters of a new product called Coretech were employed in the construction of the €390 million third terminal at Malaga Airport, which serves Spain's tourist-heavy Costa del Sol. Coretech is a rigid technical panel, which has been developed by ASH Reciclado de Techos SL, a company formed in 2006 in Agreda, Soria, Spain, to make use of the headliner waste generated by the country's automotive interiors specialist Grupo Antolin.
