International Media Group Inc., parent company of the International Fiber Journal and T3 Technical Textile Technology, has been sold to De Waal Consultants, Inc. of New York. Price and terms were not disclosed. "I am pleased to report that the magazine will remain independent and not under the umbrella of a larger generalist publishing company," said former publisher and shareholder Charles Heschmeyer.
