A Judgment of the International Court of Justice, dated 8 October 2007, resolved the Case Concerning Territorial and Maritime Dispute between Nicaragua and Honduras in the Caribbean Sea. Essentially the case involved the delimitation of the maritime boundary between the two countries on their eastern sides. This paper describes the geographic matters involved in the Judgment and the influence of the availability of modern technology.%Un Jugement de la Cour Internationale de Justice, en date du 8 octobre 2008, a conclu l'affaire concernant le différend territorial et maritime entre le Nicaragua et le Honduras dans la Mer des Caraïbes. L'affaire concernait essentiellement la délimitation d'une frontière maritime entre les deux pays sur leurs côtés orientaux. Cet article décrit les questions géographiques soulevées dans le Jugement ainsi que l'influence de la disponibilité de la technologie moderne.
