摘要

The application of the wireless ZigBee technique facilitates the multichannel dynamic transmission of changing parameters of operation of machines. Cutting-off machines with a rotary cutting head, equiped with an endless band saw and a control system of the pressure of the saw on the objects which are to be cut, belong to a large group of machines, the exploitation of which requires the adaptation of their parameters of the motion of the saw to the actual conditions of cutting. The paper presents the results of measurements of vibrations of the head, the force of the resistance to cutting and the specific characteristics of operating the machine in industrial conditions. In the investigations mesh-type networks with a ZigBee coordinator were applied.
