Submission of manuscripts. Manuscripts may be submitted in triplicate either to one of the editors or to the editorial office. The editors' addresses may be found on the second title page of this journal. Manuscripts can also be sent via a member of the editorial board. Each paper submitted is subject to a review procedure, and the publication decision is based on the reviewers' comments in writing only. All papers should be original and not have been previously published in any journal, book, etc.
