This is the last issue of IJBDCN in 2010 and we thank sincerely the associate editors and the members of the editorial review board (ERB) of the journal, who have nourished this journal over the years to help it reach what it is today. We also thank all the reviewers who provided the much needed support and spent their valuable time to make IJBDCN one of the important refereed journals in the area of telecommunications and networking. We also thank the founding editor Dr. Jairo Gutierrez for his continued support towards the betterment of the journal.
