摘要

This paper presents a modeling technique of electro-hydraulic system from sampled data of input-output measurement. From the input-output measurement, linear parametric model such as ARX can be developed based on system identification to overcome the modeling complexity. Both off-line and on-line identifications are used to estimate the parameters of the system using a least square algorithm. From the results obtained, position tracking for electro-hydraulic system can be implemented by using conventional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller with the aim of the modeling validation.
