摘要

It is a landmark, and we-Michel Rosenfeld, Eugene Rusyn (our indefatigable Associate Editor) and myself, as well as our publishers, OUP-mark it with quiet satisfaction. We build on the solid foundations laid down by Norman Dorsen and Michel as founding editors; however, we are also in the full course of reorientation. The world is not static, the world of public law is not static, and thus I*CON cannot afford to rest on its laurels. The continuity is manifest, as is the ongoing change. It is instructive to compare the first few issues of I*CON with its most recent issues.
