For estimation of thermohydraulic efficiency of heat exchangers with twisted tubes the method named as "Method of effective parameters" is used by means of effective Reynolds number introduction and condition of effective Reynolds numbers equality by comparison with different heat transfer surfaces of another heat exchangers. In this paper the results of experimental investigations and theoretical analysis of heat transfer and hydraulic drag for water flow in different channels are presented. Experimental studies are carred out by the method of heat exchanger of "Tube in Tube" type. Criterion dependecies of heat transfer and hydraulic drag are searched in power form for different types of channels with enhancement of heat transfer. The regions of effective Reynolds number variation where one type of heat transfer surface has preference over others are determined.
