The Publisher regrets that errors occurred in the reproduction of equations (20), (34), (64) and (65). These should be corrected as follows: In the comment just below Eq. (65), E_Υ/ρ_l≈1480m/s should be replaced with √E_T/ρl≈1480m/s. The Publisher regrets that an error occurred in the text at p. 4200, first column, line 11. The correct version is here provided: "equal to 15.2 and 4 mm, respectively. The duct was made of plastic" Errors also arose in the reproduction of Figs. 8-13. These are corrected and reproduced on the following pages. The Publisher apologises for any inconvenience
