With its innovative mobile Green Battery, Alpiq is increasing energy efficiency with electricity from certified renewable hydropower at Swiss open-air festivals. The use of the battery leads to a major reduction of the carbon footprint. This solution is another milestone on the way to a more carbon-neutral sustainable power supply for Swiss festivals and events.
