摘要

Hydraulic infrastructure monitoring and dam safety is expected to leverage increasingly on the digitization of data and automation of processes. This paper has provided an overview of Hydro Cloud, a cloud-based system for the collection, storage and analysis of dam instrumentation and monitoring data. The HC application shows how current technologies such as cloud-based computing can offer new solutions to the issues that exist today in hydraulic infrastructure management. A key advantage of HC is that it is accessible to every operator and owner, regardless of size or budget, and provides a solution that can be adopted gradually and adaptively to a specific dam site.
