Ukrhydroenergo, Ukraine's state hydropower producer, invites sealed bids from contractors by 24 July for the supply and installation of an automated dam safety monitoring system for the Kyiv pumped-storage plant on the river Dnieper, in the northern region of Vyshgorod. The contracted work, which is expected to be completed within 52 weeks, will be financed from loans from the EBRD and the EIB. The scope of work includes the design, supply, installation, setting, testing and commissioning of remote sensors, hardware and software for data acquisition from spatial geodetic sensors, and inclinometers; the supply of the programmes to enable automatic and periodic scanning of internal and meteorological sensors, and all technical documentation, and training of the employer's personnel.
