"I am honoured to have been I elected as the 25th President of the International Commission on Large Dams/ Commission Internationale des Grands Barrages during the 86th ICOLD Annual Meeting in Vienna. In taking these first steps as the new President, I must look back to recognize the wonderful leadership of outgoing President, Prof Anton Schleiss over the last three years. Along with the hard-working Central Office team, ICOLD has made significant strides to strengthen the Commission and I'm excited for this opportunity to lead our world-class organization for the next three years.
