Simon Hamlyn, CEO of the BHA opened the BHA's Summer Forum and Exhibition in Telford, UK, by referring to the numerous challenges faced by the British industry over recent months. However, in keeping with the forward-looking theme of this year's Forum, rather than focusing on previous issues, he questioned what impact the new Conservative Government would have on renew-ables development in the UK. He also took the opportunity to thank those involved with the work of the BHA, particularly its members, for their ongoing support.
