Aqua～Media is pleased to welcome Steve Usher to the editorial team, as Assistant Editor. Until recently Steve was Senior Programme Coordinator to the Director in the Environment and Social Division of the Nam Theun Power Company in Lao PDR. There he was responsible for coordinating and managing programmes of the Nam Theun 2 hydro project, covering Livelihood Development, Resettlement, Environment, Health, Finance and Infrastructure. He also coordinated the implementation of external review mission recommendations from the World Bank, national governments and independent specialists.
