Services are practices that constitute a major part of today's corporate environments. Most of us are users and providers of services. In spite of the predominance of services in modern society, we actually know very little about them. This book provides information on services for people in business, government, as well as education. The study of services as a science has emerged and is quickly evolving. Unfortunately the study of the service science reveals that many of today's services are not functioning to their full capacities.
