Jacksonville, Fla.-based document-management service, PaperTracer, which assures compliance with the United States' Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, says it has moved to the Windows Azure cloud platform to deliver its services to customers worldwide. By backing its HIPAA compliance with the security features of Microsoft Corp. datacenters, the company says it expects to boost revenues by 30 percent in the first year alone.
